As Environmental Scientist I was responsible for environmental management, information capture, exchange and networking between a wide range of participants in the Guinea Current Large Marine Ecosystem (GCLME) region including government officials, scientists, non-governmental organizations and the public at large. I was working closely with institutional focal points, Scientific/Technical Advisory Groups, working groups, specialized UN Agencies, international NGOs (such as WWF, IUCN), private sector (e.g. oil industry) and in cooperating with other donors in this field. I was responsible in particular for the management and supervision of the elements of the project that deal with the areas of environmental management (Pollution and habitat restoration). I was also responsible for developping the project annual work and for the effective and efficient implementation of the elements that deal with the environmental management (Pollution and habitat restoration). I was also the Officer in Charge of the project Regional Coordination Unit (RCU) for 1.5 year before the nomination of a Project Director either.

- I was in charge of the Programme of the Department which covers activities on Water quality, Productivity, Physical Oceangraphy and Coastal Dynamics.- Encadrement périodique de stagiaires de niveau de la licence, de la maîtrise ou du DEA provenant de l’Université de Cocody et des grandes Ecoles : Encadrement des stagiaires de l'Institut de Géographie Tropicale (I.G.T.) sur la « Dynamique sédimentaire littorale – érosion côtière », l’aménagement du littoral ivoirien, la "Morphologie des sables de plages du littoral ivoirien, l’"Impacts de l’élévation du niveau marin sur le littoral", le Modèle pour l'étude de sédimentation dans un système frontal à une embouchure », la « Modélisation des effets d’intermittence dans le système frontal estuarien au cours des variations de marée».- Cours de formation aux étudiants de 3ème cycle en morphologie côtière en 1995 et 1996.
