Initially I started as a logistics consultant, but soon I started working on several integration projects as lead consultant for multiple SAP modules and later as solution architect and project leader as well.In 2001 my focus moved from logistics to Customer Relationship Management as I did several implementations with SAP CRM for Sales and Service and as part of industry solutions like Utilities, Insurance, and Financial Services (Banking and Leasing). Since 2016 I also started to work with SAP BRIM for subscription order management.Not only my deep and wide knowledge of SAP solutions like S/4HANA, C/4HANA, ERP, CRM, BRIM, and Fiori, but also my capabilities to translate business processes to supporting IT solutions are my key differentiators.
