Current▪▪ Articulate the company vision through developing and implementing policies, procedures, strategies, and marketing programmes in order to achieve revenue targets▪▪ Collaborate with the finance team, providing market information for budget development for the commercial team▪▪ Oversee MS software audits, licensing, and product management, driving efficiency through integrating with other Microsoft teams▪▪ Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, effectively selling technology by reinforcing value proposition for business plan▪▪ Oversee and negotiate terms of sales in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining rigorous sales process compliance▪▪ Maintain productive relations with key accounts, with demonstrated ability for effective account planning, opportunity generation and management, and communication plans▪▪ Demonstrate proven expertise in delivering on the Solutions Partner Model, enabling short-, medium-, and long-term alignment, partner skills augmentation, and revenue growth▪▪ Collaborate with Microsoft, HP, Dell, Sophos, SonicWall, Fortinet and Cisco for the development of joint business plans▪▪ Spearhead training initiatives, educating sales executives on demand creation, identification of licencing and SAM opportunities, and account management▪▪ Continuously develop partner, sales, industry trends, technology and competitive landscape knowledge and capabilities
