I am a Goal Driven Individual that believes anything is possible if you dream big, you put your mind to it and you work hard on your plans.I have more than twenty years marketing, sales, and merchandising experience within the FMCG environment of which fourteen months with Managed People Solutions as Head of Operations, seven years as Regional Sales Manager - Gauteng/Inland with Meridian Wine Merchants. Fourteen months as National Sales Manager - Homemark, one year Project Manager Developing Markets, five years Sales Manager and another one and a half years as Regional Merchandising Manager - (ABI/Coca-Cola). Prior to this held various roles as sales consultant in ABI and Pioneer Foods. I embrace change and lead teams to success under challenging circumstances through proper planning, teamwork, focus, measurement, clear communication, and persistence.After COVID I discovered the power of coaching when I was awarded an Executive Coach in support of my leadership, management, and coaching development. This had such a profound impact on my team and I, I embarked on further studies in this field. The biggest learning for me as a leader was that I can only lead from my Way of Being. As a leader I can only succeed through people and the quality of my conversations will generate the desired outcomes. The best book I have ever read is The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, sharing a way of thinking and processing information that enable you to make daily choices that will lead you to the success/happiness you desire. It also shows you how to create powerful results from the simple daily activities and habits, by using tools that are already within you.
