I have worked for Virgin Active for 21 years, spending 8 years in sales and 13 Years in operations as a Regional Director. I oversee 41 facilities, with a staffing compliment of over 850 staff and I am responsible for a quarter of a billion Rand EBITDA annually. I oversee the general operations and management of all 41 clubs including financial management and have the following departments reporting into me: Sales,Product(Fitness), Administration, Maintenance and Engineering, Health and Safety, Projects and Human Resources. I have gained a multitude of experience in the RD role, opening new clubs, closing or relocating clubs and rolling out millions of rands in CAPEX investments across all clubs.
