In my new Role as Lodge Managers I bring many years of clients service and relations in the restaurant and services industry to the Private Luxury Lodge environment. Having said that I am completely changing the 1 Mould fits all service to our guests and rather approach the Environment as one of long lost friends and family coming to visit. Guests are treated to personalised experiences at the Camp Olea. Our guests are welcomed to a stay where all needs are anticipated and met within a familial atmosphere of informal but respectful interaction. Guests are our number 1 priority and no task or request is too big or too small for our staff to attend to. Warmth , Care, Full Tummies and every comfort aimed at total relaxation and unwinding is our focus. Our discerning guests leave our luxurious establishment with a fond "See you soon" attitude and with the knowledge that, wether it was their first experience or not, they will be welcomed back as long-time friends and family!
