• Supervise and train sale associates in product knowledge, visual presentation, sales techniques• Ensure all personnel practice professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures in order to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction• Prioritize sale goals in order to reach daily, weekly, monthly budgets • Ensure that all merchandise is properly ticketed, displayed and stocked• Manage inventory transfers• Enforce policies such as credit card policies and procedures, return and exchange policies• Assist in creating a functional and visually attractive space for clients to easily navigate through merchandise.
