BIM Manager in a team of 4. The aim was to drive the BIM processes accross all of the long terms projects (Public-Private Partnership) in Ile-de-France, where the company is in charge of the Facility Management.Recurrent activities :- BIM Model management- Team training- EDC administration- Development of use cases in line with the evolution of activities across the various sites- Project management (contract management, scheduling, project and steering committee, orders, budget management)- Support to the support teams [Energy, IT, Major maintenance recalculations and renewal (en français Gros Entretien de Renouvellement - GER), Inventory, Kick-off, ...]- PresentationI've worked on various types of building (sports, education, offices, sensitive, ...). For some of them, we did BIM retrofitting based on DOEs and other updated building information to meet specific Facility Management needs (Maintenance, Major Maintenance and Renewal Calculations, among others).- I've written and updated the BIM agreements for our projects. - I've redefined the model quality control policy and set up a framework for the BIMGEM model acceptance audit. - I took part in the regular training of site teams on the various BIM tools and processes deployed.- I was project manager of the development of a Digital Twin (Francis Bouygues Building on Central Supelec Paris Saclay campus) and the realisation of a SmartBuilding on the same site.- I've supervised the updating of the As-Built Documentation of one our sites (2D/3D model, data sheets, ...)Key words: BIM, CMMS, BMS, IT, OT, ioT, BOS, Digital Twin, Facility Management, Coordination, Modeling

I experienced from the inside a project in Agile modeAs a developer, I participated in the configuration, development and integration of new functionalities into the 3DX platformI took part in meetings with the project team in order to understand better the client's needs for a better developmentAs a functional, I carried out the tests of the functionalities and other objects intended to be integrated into the platform

The objective was to develop an in-house image correlation program using a global approach, to determine residual stresses in materials at micrometer scale, by incremental ring-core milling with the Focused Ion Beam (FIB). This work has been carried out in the light of the good practices guide proposed by the European iSTRESS project, which aim was to develop an innovative protocol, highly reproducible and automated residual stresses distribution analysis at (sub)micrometer scale.

My missions:-Repairman of small grinders (first 2 weeks)-painter-Assistant at the service of reception and expedition of machines-Assistant at the Special manufacturing service, in charge of orders, especially for welding segments on diamond core bits, with non conventional diameter. (I was turner-welder-cutter)
