This role consists to ensure overall project success and operations efficiency for three (3) important projects involving a total of 85 PLM consultants. For all these projects, the main roles and responsibilities are to: Apply DS Project Engagement Methodology, Conduct Technical Risk Assessment and Strategy across Project Lifecycle, Monitor and Report on Project Health to customer and DS Management (financial, deliverables quality & schedule), Drive Specific Project Issues to Resolution, and coordinate Project Resource.In details, the projects are the following:1) Boeing Global Collaboration Environment: Service provided to Boeing 787 World-Wide Partners allowing them to have access to the 787 environment (ENOVIA, CATIA, and DELMIA) as well as accesses to 24h x 7days Help-Desk processes & Defect support and Education services. 2) Interior Design for Business Jets aircrafts: Service provided to a business Jet OEM to innovate and transform their initial mechanical & systems design process through a planned transparent PLM engineering business transformation using extensive Lean Engineering and Automation approach (40% gains last 3 years – more than 120 aircrafts designed). 3) Automotive Crash & NVH analysis preparation: Service provided to an Automotive OEM to build simulation data from their 3D design models in short cycle time using Automation and Inventive solutions/processes over the last 14 years with significant cycle reduction (75%) and efficiency gains.

Reporting to the Knowledge Center director, this role consist to ensure operations efficiency for the Knowledge Center team in various domains such as Projects' Execution, new customer proposals validation, Financial results, resource utilization, Skills development, strategic investment and business growth planning The DS Industry Solution Knowledge center team mission is to help companies drive user productivity, realize engineering efficiency gains, reduce product development cycles and maximize Product Lifecycle management (PLM) benefits to develop better products more quickly and at less cost than ever before through Simulation technology.The Knowledge team includes 3 units and more than 200 consultants:1) Education team responsible to develop and provide high quality training on DS products2) Customer Support team responsible to guide customer ensuring processes and methods adherence, and maintain efficiency. 3) Lean Engineering team responsible to execute projects with less cost and risk of failures, drive user productivity, maximize engineering efficiency & quality, reduce project cycles and leverage knowledge across the entire product lifecycle through the use of Lean Engineering principles, automation and simulation

This role consist to manage, create and operate projects and initiatives helping any Engineering specific projects on site (Design, Analysis) and/or support customer off-loading their works which allows them to achieve their goal of global productivity increases, improved product quality, reduced costs, and shortened time to market with assistance from highly skilled consultants and engineers. This role includes Projects' Execution, financial results, resources utilization and assignation, skills development, recruiting, strategic investment, and business growth planning accountabilities and responsibilities.

Consultant deployed at customer's site responsible to help end-users maintain and increase productivity by creating best practices methodologies, providing CATIA support, developing/modifying various applications, testing and validating new procedures and/or software. I have been involved with Design and manufacturing departments (Tool Design, NC Manuafuring) for Aerospace and Automotive customers.
