Sales and marketing responsibility for the Weinert Special Cables range of Fiber and Copper cables within the FTTX market - Africa and the Middle East.

Manage the sales and marketing for Fibre Optic and communication cables for all export territories. Channel setup and partner identification, recruitment and support to business partners. Identify potential markets, projects and revenue streams within the international markets.

Overall responsibility for export sales and channel management on ACDC products including lighting, switchgear, tools, EX products, solar and electronics. Manage the export channel to exceed yearly revenue targets. Advise and implement the export strategy. Regular country visits to Sub Saharan customers.

Menlyn, Pretoria

Responsible for the Sub Sahara target. Technical sales and marketing for the entire range of Weidmuller products for industrial environments (Terminals, Relays, Power Supplies, Signal Converters, Tools, ID systems and markers, Surge protection, Remote I/O systems, ATEX boxes, SAI and more). Establish a revenue driven dealer network across Sub Sahara Africa by recruiting and appointing new dealers in countries, and supporting excisting distributors. Visit each countries 3-4 times per year and identify new territories within the region to increase sales. Good understanding of the main African markets (Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Namibia etc) Sales and marketing to main Industrial clients like mines, factories, automation, plants, breweries and manufacturing (visits, presentations, meetings). Identify projects within the region and communicate with end-user and EPC to understand requirements. Act as the link between end-users / distributors and HQ on pricing, country approvals and training.

Geotab Midrand

Responsible for growing the Geotab footprint in Africa, Middle East and (Europe) and ensuring Geotab is the brand of choice for Fleet Management Solutions in these areas. I accomplish this through managing our exclusive dealer network across these territories and enabling them through providing training ,technical support, marketing and sales support.
