Graduated from a senior military college leadership development program which promoted accountability, leadership, order, and excellence. I was a Battalion Commander and residential advisor for 179 cadets in charge of all daily activities, training plans and delegating responsibilities. I recieved a letter of commendation from Detachment 875 Commander for planning, coordinating, and executing ceremony honoring distinguished VT graduate. In the 2020 Fall Semester New Cadet Squad Leader (CADRE) I was selected for early return to lead 1-week onboarding of freshmen into the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets

Ensured steady production through maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects on an aggregate quarry producing ~600K tons annually. Conducted a timing study and created a report to improve efficiency of equipment usage, received training from RAM using 3GSM blasting software. Met with quarry manager and created a five year mine plan for future development that promoted ease of access and organized blast scheduling.

Member of four-person research team supported by Caterpillar, Luck Stone, and Vulcan materials to perform economic viability analysis on implementation of autonomous haul trucks at crushed stone quarries. Completed interim and final reports and delivered presentations to industry mentors about the breakeven point for autonomous vehicles in quarries.
