My name is Jacques Mulder and since January 2023 I'm co-owner of WtbE. As Director Operations it is my mission to make sure my team is able to perform at its best for our clients and candidates. In May 2008 I started my career at WtbE as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and was offered the role off Business Manager Recruitment in March 2020.After studying BSc. International Technology Management I started my career as a Recruitment Consultant with Recruitment bureau Cluster in Groningen. During this period I met Bert Blaauw; now owner of recruitment bureau WtbE Engineering. I have worked with him closely and got to know him well. Within the company Cluster, which is USG Engineering now, I have developed myself in the technical recruitment industry. I have been working with USG Engineering for eight years. Eventually I was responsible for the Office of Groningen as Business Manager Industry. At WtbE Engineering I have worked hard to expand and strengthen our recruitment service in the north of the Netherlands in the fields of Mechanical- and Electrical Engineering, Technical Management and Supply Chain.WtbE:At WtbE Engineering, we have the ambition to be the leading (technical) recruitment bureau in the North part of the Netherlands. We supply top quality, with the core values of commitment, dedication and perseverance.In the past years, WtbE Engineering has built a good reputation, by realizing a large number of good matches between the Northern industry and available talent.
