He assists the artistic director in his daily tasks and brings his expertise and support as well in the creation of records, the implementation of the various Transcultures programs but also as a curator. He provides Transcultures web presence and strengthens its network over the Internet.Transcultures, Interdisciplinary Center for Sound and Electronic Cultures (Artistic Director: Philippe Franck) is an association born in 1996 in order to promote and develop crossings between contemporary artistic practices and arts/society/technology stakes; focusing in particular on sound art and digital creation. Since 2008, Transcultures is working on production, mediation and reflection regarding electronic and sound projects.

The Creative European Pepinieres facilitate and foster the mobility of young artists, in view of their professionalisation on the european and international scenes. In order to implement these actions, Pépinières develop mobility, artistic creation, coproduction, dissemination and training programmes to enable young artists and creative professionals to develop and share artistic projects with the audiences they encounter. In a cross-cutting and prospective approach, Nurseries are particularly attentive to new hybrid creative practices as well as digital cultures.

Transonic is an independent label dedicated to electronic, organic, poetic sounds… and other unlabelled. Transonic produce sound objects, specific events (concerts, performances, showcases…), hybrid works and events (installations, conferences, interdisciplinary collaborations…) in Belgium and abroad. This desire to complement the distribution channel of the music published by the label through the diffusion of the artists it hosts, or the talents of which Transonic feels close, builds on the experience and network of Transcultures (Center for Digital and Sound Cultures, Belgium), which is its producer.

The DAN _ Digital Arts Network An international collaborative platform of 35 production, distribution and training bodies exploring the links between art-science-industry. In 2007, the Centre des arts in Enghien-les-Bains, a venue for the promotion of digital creation subsidized by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, launched a project to create a network of structures for artistic, scientific and industrial research, production, distribution and training in the area of digital creation, in France and internationally.The Digitals Arts Network, or RAN in French, offers a unique platform where art, science and industry converge, removing the barriers between these sectors and opening up a pioneering space for creation and innovation where experts from various professional fields can come together.The RAN seeks to develop a collaborative approach aimed at fostering exchange, reflection and co-production between artistic, scientific and industrial structures. It promotes the synergy of cross-disciplinary expertise and helps bolster national and international cooperation.

Sonic City immediately brings to mind the sound in the city. It is also a passionate and exciting adventure now conducted since 2003 by Transcultures, Centre of digital and sound cultures and its partners (Ville de Mons, le manège.mons) offering innovative art projects, combining contemporary musics, visual and digital arts to transform the urban space and offer all the public every year in summer, a poetic, friendly and sound itinerary.In 2003, the City of Mons, having the desire to develop a cultural policy turned to contemporary art practices, launches Transcultures sound arts festival : Sonic City, new summer event open to everyone in the city center; the proposal is original and innovative: Mons invests places with a historical, architectural or social density, and offers the public to re-discover it mainly by sound.Since 2003, numerous international artists invited by CitySonic stopped in Mons in order to offer their own interpretation of the city: Diane Landry, Lab[au], le collectif Mu, Hans Peter Kuhn, Pierre Bastien, Phill Niblock, Jacques Rémus… CitySonic has become a meeting point for numerous amateurs/connoisseurs and sound lovers. The festival is also created events in Brussels, Huy and in France.
