I am a self-motivated and driven executive assistant with 20 years of experience in administration. My roles encompass one-on-one executive assistant duties, customer service, people management and event coordination in the construction, mining, financial services and information technology industries.I have worked for senior management across a range of companies, including Retail and Specialist Banks, OEMs and Construction companies. I have experience across a range of software packages including Microsoft - SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Publisher and Outlook. I have also worked with numerous other packages which were bespoke to the individual company.I am adaptable and decisive qualities which enable me to assess, prioritise and be proactive in all aspects of my work. I think ahead in order to plan for all eventualities. I am self-motivated with the ability to work independently, however the camaraderie of working as part of a team is important to me. I have well developed interpersonal skills and am always willing assist wherever required.
