I am the Western Australia Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant for PebblePad. We help universities and higher education providers transform the learning journey. I have helped several institutions implement the software with a strong focus in healthcare disciplines. My journey began in 2012 as learning technology consultant for Edith Cowan University, a role I now jointly hold with my PebblePad appointment. Prior to this I have 20+ years’ experience and proven analytical skills in software environments. My main passion is working with people and developing an effective bridge between end users, strategic business processes and computer system functionality. In all projects undertaken the mantra remains the same, to deliver computer systems that meet the business requirements on time and within budget.
