I work with Resort GMs and the Office and Customers Service Managers. Day to day, I generate sales and data reports, collaborate with our Marketing team on new promotions, and oversee the updates of our policies and procedures; implement annual pricing, connecting with local partners and OTAs (Online Travel Agents) and working with booking softwares; track customer testimonials, manage our relationships with group coordinators, and delegating tasks to keep each office organized.
