Twenty plus years at Dogs Trust has taught me a lot not only about charity life but how a charity communicates and how change needs to take place to be successful. Charity and Communication are both changing and traditional media specialists need to take note and be aware. From PR assistant doing the filing and press cuttings to Head of Digital Marketing overseeing five websites, social networks, email and data marketing I have learnt every step of the way.
