Senior Vice President, Event Management
Current• Serve as the primary production lead for large-scale galas, conferences and fundraising events.• Collaborate with high-level clients, VIPs, vendor partners, program talent and others, to ensure seamless event planning and execution.• Deliver successful, strategic event outcomes at, or under, approved budgets and according to agreed-upon timelines.• Provide board/planning committee oversight, proactively connecting with members to deliver targeted outreach and follow-up for solicitation of prospects for sponsorships, in-kind donations, individual ticket purchases, etc. • Develop custom revenue matrices to set fundraising goals, assess feasibility and share expert recommendations to align with annual development and fundraising plans. • Create unique sponsorship packages to drive support, promote maximum engagement and demonstrate partnership value. • Oversee event management and coordination staff, providing consistent direction and feedback to ensure that proper protocols are followed and established deadlines are met.• Assign overarching client accounts to management staff, advising the President & CEO, regarding recommended staff development, as well as overseeing hiring and training.
