CurrentI provide a multi-faceted personalized support for teacher learning and professional development to positively impact student success and growth. I work with fellow team members to develop, implement and execute district and campus data driven trainings utilizing a cycle of continuous learning and improvement centered around adult learning theory. I strategically plan with teacher teams, professional learning committees, leadership teams, and individuals to provide various professional instructional coaching strategies and professional learning centered around goals and objectives to achieve individual, campus, and district goals.
