Working with OCAD U's Center for Emerging Artist and Designers (CEAD) under primary researcher Dr. Alia Weston to build research and knowledge as part of the Government of Canada's Women's Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (WEKH)

OCAD U Environmental Design (BDes) Structure II- supported instructor providing individual attention to students both in and outside of class times- observed student attendance and participation in class- carry out marking, following the guidance provided by instructor and assignment syllabuses. This course focuses on the nature of the detail and fabrication phases of the design process. Students select a small studio design project to be developed through the detailing of structure, cladding and materials.

Subplot is a leading brand and packaging design firm that specializes in solving tough problems for demanding clients who insist on exacting results in highly competitive world markets.Working under the creative direction of founders Roy White and Matthew Clark, I've worked on projects such as consumer packaging design, brand creation and implementation, global international market brand research audits, and postage stamps for Canada Post. Involvement in these projects often begins from early research and concept stages through to visual design, brand/packaging implementation and marketing materials.

With a professional design practice and a background of photographic knowledge and technique, I work on projects involving multiple disciplines of visual thought and production. Many freelance projects are multidisciplinary, enabling to use my skills and background to create work, from brand and visual design, and creative consulting to photography, videography and art direction.

Managed a team consisting of art directors, designers, and photographer to create the 2014 issue of Current, Emily Carr University's design research journal. Responsibilities included coordinating production schedules, finalizing pre-press files and printing, organization of digital assets, and acting as a liaison with advertisers.

Along with a directorial partner, our directorial duties included managing a team of designers and editors, managing budgets, liaising with printers and contributors, creation of production schedules, art direction,community engagement, social media, and content direction and curation.

Working in collaboration with Emily Carr University and LoudCrow Interactive, the assistant ship included researching, conceptualizing, and developing an educational ebook iPad app for children aged 7 – 10 years old using LoudCrow’s proprietary Verso Storybook Engine, in order to aide the development of Verso for industry use.

Assisted the marketing director and special programs co-ordinator in creating design materials for external promotional, and internal use.

Managed the creation and updating of Woo’s website, and the design of the printed issue.
