At ArcBlue, I lead our People and Capability division, designing learning and development programs for procurement and contract management teams. Our capability development services include a competency assessment – the pQ Knowledge Survey, personality profiling tool – Lumina Spark, eLearning, mentoring programs and training. The services are designed to operate independently or as a combined program to build capability applying the 70:20:10 methodology. Since joining ArcBlue, my role has expanded to lead the Corporate Services team which consists of marketing, graphic design, internal recruitment, human resources and internal learning and development. ArcBlue is a leading consulting, analytics and training firm specialising in procurement and supply chain. We have a team of over 150 consultants across the Asia Pacific region.Working with a wide range of public and private sector organisations, we are passionate about the benefits that strategic procurement can bring. ArcBlue is proud to be a part of Bain & Company.Highlights of my experience include:• Assessing individual procurement capability through ArcBlue’s proprietary competency assessments – pQ, srmQ, cmQ and tnQ• Analysing procurement competency metrics to determine training and development gaps of teams and individuals• Building Capability Development Plans for procurement functions following the 70:20:10 model of learning• Understanding how procurement capability links to organisational performance, and developing strategies to reform or enhance these• Supporting the design and development of bespoke and generic procurement and contract management eLearning • Designing training programs across the Asia Pacific region for our industry partners and directly for clients
