Having 5+ years of experience in the education field, I’m passionate of giving back to my community. Collaborating and mentoring with others made my years in education efficient, productive, enjoyable, and motivating. Since my start, I have always chosen to work in Title 1 schools because I strongly believe that to have a brighter future we need teachers who are dedicated to closing the gap as much as possible. I continue to learn to understand the specific circumstances of each student's struggles and work with them to stimulate self-motivation. Even though I have invested much time into the educational field, there is no doubt that teachers attain an immense number of skills that cross over into other careers.
