I'm a servant leader with main focus on people, processes and results. As a key member of the Agile Center of Excellence I take the lead in helping the organisation achieve the desired business outcomes of the agile transformation. To avoid agile coaching is limited to "moving stickies on a board" or following a set of desribed event, that seemingly provides no value for busniess executives, I work from a business outcome perspective. I work to understand the current state of the organisation, identifying the desired business outcomes, and from here take a systematic and systemic approach of removing barriers, coach and guide practices, measure and monitor progress towards the business outcomes.I coach people based on agile principles, my facilitation is highly motivating and enthusiastic and I work to get the best out of my colleagues - both team members and management on all levels.
