Perform a combination of clerical support (see position below) and PR & Digital Marketing management. Accountable for determining and implementing communication strategies that encourage awareness and appreciation for classic automobiles widely and diversely. Drive social media conversations across multiple forums with a knowledge of the techniques and strategies that make Facebook, Instagram and Twitter most effective and productive for the museum. Also responsible for the museum's digital integrity, being proactive and shaping content for its website, monthly newsletter and collateral marketing materials. Responsible for every facet of the museum's clerical and administrative processes, including management and creation of file databases, customer service, custodial and marketing mailings, membership processing, appointment scheduling, visitor correspondence and onsite greeting and orientation, along with ordering supplies, expense tracking and performing intermediate IT functions throughout the office (software installations, testing connections, setting up hardware).
