I am applying for an Administrative Assistant position where not only my skill set, but also my personality and leadership style is best suited. I have very recently returned to the Atlanta area permanently. I am looking to bring my customer service, administrative assistant, and consumer studies skills to an incredible company as to succeed both individually and cohesively with the staff members. I have a BS in Consumer Studies paired with a double minor in Business Administration as well as Spanish. My pertinent experience includes my most recent position as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant at Baldwin Properties, a property management group that provides rental homes and apartments for the masses. This position involved working with our vendors and partner companies, coding invoices, accepting calls and providing information about the available rentals, and most importantly, providing face to face customer service skills. I also worked as the company owner’s personal assistant by filling out lease agreements (both commercial and residential), attending training seminars, and doing daily tasks to assist him as well as the 8 property managers we have on staff. I also have additional experience working as a Leasing Professional and Administrative Assistant at University Village Apartments in Greensboro, NC. Cumulatively, I have 8 years of customer service experience. I am not only dedicated to excelling in the companies that I am passionate about, but also driving them into an even greater success story.
