In a start-up atmosphere, you name it and I probably did it. I advised and collaborated with organizational leadership on strategic planning and implementation of major initiatives for the school's development in its financial, operational, physical, and educational structure. After a few volunteer trips to South Africa, I chose to move internally at J.P.
