Sr. Sales Performance Reporting Manager
Current* Accountable for daily operations of 60 individual North Central U-Verse Sales team;* Define and execute reporting analytics for Compensation, Target Setting, Sales Planning and Forecasting;* Develop, implement and audit Incentive Programs designed to maximize Sales performance;* Manage reporting of Sales performance, operational and customer service data;* Responsible for new business pricing, $5M P&L and Marketing budgets;* Partner with key constituents of Sales Ops, Finance, Legal Marketing and Engineering to attain plan objectives;* Responsible for training and managing performance evaluations of Sales team.
