Hello all!I am a recent graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a concentration in multimedia journalism. This past summer, I was a part of the EICOP HBCU in LA Cohort and interned with Crooked Media in the video production department. As a little girl, I always wanted to be "famous;" to be on television, and to make my dreams come true. As I got older, I realized there was so much more to do in media that is behind the scenes than in front of the camera. I want to be able to touch all avenues of media in my lifetime. To be a part of a team that produces content and results for the public is one way I am eager to dive in and put my talents where they are needed.Being a parent, I think that having a work-life balance is important, and mental health is a top priority. I started my own organization called 'The Mommy Movement,' for young mothers to have a safe space for their mental health while in school, working, and following their dreams.I have always been a go-getter and kept that mentality throughout my life. Outside of work, I am a member of my church's media team, as well as a member of the NABJ. I have an outgoing personality and am always open to new experiences. Welcome!
