My name is Jade and I grew up in Cape Cod, MA (United States) I am 22 years young and so far have traveled to 8 different foreign countries. I speak Spanish and I can teach English to Spanish speakers. I enjoy customer service, helping others, virtual assistance, using and teaching Nonviolent communication, video editing, communication, writing, listening ,community service, life organization, graphic designing, art, biology, photography, nature, permaculture fruit farming, and living my idea of a healthy and peaceful lifestyle in nature. Through my job experience in the USA, I established customer service skills through working in art galleries, retail shops, and restaurants where I was helping customers hands-on to help meet their needs. Through my travels, I've connected with humans from all different cultures and offered my service by volunteering in intentional communities. I also have experience working online from when I spent a year working at an art gallery/supplies shop and was in charge of managing their social media, replying to emails, and creating monthly newsletters.I currently work online from my computer and cellphone as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager for the Fig Tree Cafe (Marston's Mills, MA, USA) assisting customers online, creating IG, FB, and Tiktok posts. I create mail-chimps for advertising. I use canva for graphic designing and making menus & flyers. I update and improve the square-space website. I make ads and I assist the owner with anything that she needs from lending a listening ear, to creating employee well being check ins, to making phone calls, I stay available and ready to assist.
