Delivering a highly effective recruitment partnership to hiring managers across FCDO Services, including supporting the recruitment of mission-critical and highly sensitive roles at embassies worldwide. Designing and executing recruitment campaigns, and managing a wide range of recruitment activities, while continuously monitoring and analyzing performance to ensure optimal outcomes.Providing expert advice on various recruitment processes, managing the full recruitment cycle including advertising budgets, selection procedures, and managing the unique challenges of recruiting for sensitive and high-security positions including a mixed portfolio of cyber security, technical and engineering positions at all grades.
