-Day to day up keep of the CRM system JobWatch-Supporting senior managers and operational departments- Closely working with the Commercial Director- Creating and completing of a company site and carrying out an onboarding process- Creation of worksheets, job certificates, job types- Carrying out internal training on how to use the CRM system

- Ordering of materials.- Booking in works with customers.- Responding to customer queries.- Dealing with internal queries.- Booking in jobs.- Assisting dept. management where required.- Keeping customer portals updated.- Any other works to suit the needs of the business.

- Collating information from suppliers- Generation of quotations- Sending quotations to customers- Liaising with the departments for relevant information relating to the quotation- Any other duties to suit the needs of the business

- Train and support Retail Development Managers with journey planning to help carry out their field operation roles- To analyse MQF and recruitment lead reports to ensure they were being followed up within the relevant timeframes- Support Retail Support Officers in daily tasks and ensure the complete all administrative duties- Supply membership information to Legal Services to ensure Legal claims would be covered- To prepare standard weekly/monthly figures from the crystal reports using IMIS or through the RDM visit log system for the General Operations Manager- Prepare other statistical reports upon request from the Head of Operations and the General Operations Manager- Supporting RDM recruitment campaigns- Any other AD-HOC duties

- First point of contact for NFRN Connect enquires and phone calls- Providing an excellent service and managing client expectations- Extensive knowledge of all NFRN processes, procedures, objectives and KPI's- Achieving goals and targets set by management - N3 Champion for the team
