Since receiving my Bachelor’s Degree from The College of New Jersey in 2017, I have worked at Rutgers University in a variety of roles in several departments. I started as a temporary employee in a small department and was quickly recruited to a Human Resources Assistant position in the School of Arts and Sciences Dean’s office which handles over 50 departments and programs. As my scope of responsibilities increased, I was reclassified as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2022 I moved over to the Cancer Institute of New Jersey to work as Program Support Specialist until earlier this year when I had to leave to care for an ill family member. Now that she has recovered, I am excited to return to the workforce in a new role. My interests include non-profit organizations, civil rights, social work, administrative work, higher education, and human resources.
