I am presently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Organization at Indiana University Bloomington, anticipating graduation in Spring 2026. As a high-achieving sophomore, I am balancing an array of leadership positions and community engagement.My extracurricular activities encompass serving as the Chief Onboarding Officer of Future Black Leaders Inc., an organization devoted to serving black youth through mentoring programs. Concurrently, I hold an executive board position as President for Indiana University's esteemed Black Student Union connecting underclassmen to campus support services.Seeking to uplift diverse student voices, I participate as a general body member in the university's chapter of the NAACP, the nation's preeminent civil rights organization. I also pursue my passion for sports and community as a member of the George Taliaferro Sports Association. Additionally, I was inducted into the prestigious Mu Beta Lambda Business Fraternity Inc., enabling me to cultivate professional skills alongside like-minded peers.Beyond these formal roles, I am devoted to expanding my intercultural fluency and connecting authentically with people from all backgrounds. I find tremendous fulfillment in learning from diverse perspectives and experiences. I also immensely enjoy thoughtful discussions focused on enhancing organizational development, improving company culture, and empowering workplace inclusion. My amalgamation of leadership roles, community building, and passion for elevating traditionally marginalized voices make me a well-rounded candidate poised to thrive in our increasingly global society.
