Jaden has over 5 years of leadership experience between two different companies. He finished as the top Team Manager in the Central Region at GoHealth during both the Annual Enrollment Period in 2021 as well as the Open Enrollment Period in 2022. Jaden has extensive experience in building AI simulations for newly hired Medicare Sales Agents. These simulations are designed to replicate the calls that the agents will take and allows the trainees to practice sales conversations in a safe learning environment prior to speaking to real clients. Jaden understands that AI is the future and his dedication to these new tools has been game-changing for his department. Jaden has acted as a trusted spokesman for both GoHealth as well as South Valley Towing by holding virtual and in-person meetings and leading discussions as the go-to representative with executives and board members of other external companies. By doing this he has been able to help bridge various gaps and areas of opportunity between these organizations and their partners while simultaneously strengthening professional business relationships. No matter the capacity he serves in, Jaden is determined and motivated to constantly construct and edify anything and everything he has the opportunity to get his hands on.
