1. Develop project specifications and objectives from initiation to delivery for implementation projects of moderate complexity. 2. Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of the project plan, managing deviations as appropriate, including project scope. Identifies factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members, managers of project management or directors.

I was a teacher's assistant in an experimental cross-arts collaboration course called "the Urban Ensemble" at Arizona State University. The class consists of musicians and dancers improvising together to create a new hybrid art-form, and learn about new ways in which musicians and dancers can interact as a form of entertainment and exploration. In this class students were encouraged to think beyond the assumed boundaries of art-forms and apply improvisatory skills to the combining of music and dance and analyze the interaction between performers of different forms of art.
