My duties included opening and closing The Lounge, setting up for breakfast, setting up for lunch, restocking all areas of the lounge, providing 5 * customer service and liaising with other airport staff e.g. ticket desk, promotional work and ordering stock.I was also 1 of 80 Mental Health and Wellbeing Ambassadors within the company

I worked in the Hamtun Bar and Bistro at the Grand Harbour Hotel where I was responsible for serving customers food and beverages to a 4* standard. Other duties included taking reservations on the phone and on book a table, preparing drinks for customers in the Boardwalk Restaurant and the day to day running of the bar.On a day to day basis I met lots of interesting people who all have different needs and expectations and I work very hard to not only meet but also exceed the expectations of every guest during their time in the bar. Due to this I was given the status of 'Service Champion' there is a 'Champion' in every department and we met on a monthly basis to discuss what we could do to further improve our customer service. I was also Employee of the Month in February 2016.

My main job roles included, setting up the bar and main floor, serving customers food and beverages, and meeting and greeting party guests for events such as hen do's.
