Managed capital projects, program development, and fundraising for a non-profit dedicated to connecting Philadelphia communities through skateboarding. Worked closely with municipal authorities, key community stakeholders, architectural and construction firms, and park users to design, build and program free, public skateparks that bring together and celebrate Philadelphia’s rich skateboarding culture and diverse population. Utilized Blackbaud eTapestry to manage and grow donor rolls.

Directed various programmatic, marketing, and communications initiatives for Philadelphia’s municipal arts and culture office. Designed and implemented technology-based constituent outreach and engagement solutions. Developed and launched project-specific web properties using Wordpress and Tumblr with custom HTML and CSS. Coordinated with third-party developers to launch CultureBlocks, a public online mapping tool and spatial database of Philadelphia's creative and cultural assets. Managed budgeting and grant reporting for various programs.
