Being in the medical device industry has taught me two things - that science and innovation can improve outcomes, and that every field has a raison d'être. Educated at Concordia University's prestigious John Molson School of Business, I've met people and professors who taught me the value of innovation as well as that of common sense. We live in a world of complexity, and getting things done is the name of the game. Sometimes the best solution is very simple, and at other times, more elaborate. Every industry has its problems, and we have the privilege of having a whole playbook of solutions for them. Sometimes we take from the playbook, and sometimes we add to it. I love a leadership role that brings productivity and insights to the table. "The organization is a body, and we are all essential parts of it." Contact me if you've got a great opportunity...
