I possess a passion for understanding individual’s needs, desires, and behaviors so that I may better assist them in obtaining satisfaction in their workplace. I have gained the ability to develop individuals, based on their learning style, motivations, and place within their social settings, so that they may become an asset for their community. I have experience leading a Not for Profit Community Service organization. In this position, I had the responsibility of ensuring individuals were satisfied and empowered, while in our organization, so that they would be committed to further our goal of helping the underserved metro Atlanta population. I also have experience developing homeless individuals, into individuals that can re-enter society, with the resources and skill set to better function in society.I am most satisfied working in an organization where they value individual’s well-being and growth, and believe that as a result, their maximum exhausted effort will follow. With my knowledge of the systemic barriers faced by individuals that are apart of certain race, gender and socioeconomic groups, my empathy, understanding and critical thinking skills equip me with certain skills. Among these skills, is the ability to give life to creative ideas that can progress any organization into a place that meets the demands of the diverse workplace that is awaiting us.
