Part of the APAC Candidate Experience Team responsible for coordinating interviews and driving exceptional candidate experience for a diverse range of candidates. Organize a high volume of interviews while maintaining professional communication and service across all stakeholders. Project & Assignment Highlights:- Workload planning, monthly and quarterly business reports- Led Interviewer Engagement Program - Facebook Assignment Manager - 3 Reports- Led and implemented a global playbook framework for the APAC team.- Standardized interviewer training and calibration process for Meta Business Group, guiding coordinators, recruiting and business stakeholders.
