I am the Emergency Manager for the Florida Department of Health in Flagler County. I report to the Flagler County Emergency Operations Center during activation and I am the Lead partner for ESF8. I oversee all training and plans specific to emergency or disaster-related incidents. I also supervise Community Health including Diabetes Prevention, Nicotine Cessation Education, Public Information, Minority Health, Workforce Development, and Strategic Planning, including QI Projects. Within my department, I supervise (3) employees who make up our Team.
