Establishing new and developing existing client relationships, directing/delivering local & international recruitment campaigns (permanent and contract), Nationalization, business critical, senior/C level assignments, recruitment process outsourcing, master vendor solutions & managed service programs. In addition, I am tasked to report and oversee all multi division contingent, project delivery activities within the Executive Solutions group. I remain passionate and driven in all things business development, digital marketing and brand awareness, most recently winning the Global LinkedIn Award for "most socially engaged" staffing agency MENA 2017. I pride myself in the demonstrable ability to lead, direct and develop all business activities, whilst inspiring & driving companies/divisions from a hands on operational/sales management perspective.

Purposeful direction and execution of recruitment & staffing activities across the Middle East Region (Qatar, UAE, Oman & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Preparation and production of quarterly/annual business plans, covering multiple verticals, namely within the Tech, AI, Cyber Security, Utilities, Rail & Transportation, Heavy Engineering, Logistics, Corporate, Transportation, Energy, Supply Chain & Built Environment sectors. Remit included managing hiring plan/schedules, P&L, Full Business Development activities and day to day management of recruiters and support staff. Its also worthy of note, this was a greenfield set up and all stages of the business formation were adopted by myself. This included the initial business licensing/admin, greenfield team attraction, premises, visas and the formation of all working systems.

Overseeing the UAE and two additional branches in IRAQ & Qatar, representing the Morson International Group throughout Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Iraq, Bahrain, Kuwait) in its pursuit for volume contingent & project based business. Further remit to manage international delivery teams, surrounding production of accurate and timely services to our clients. The Recruitment & staffing solutions were centered around & not limited to O&G, Engineering, Transportation, Telecom, Light Rail, Energy and Built Environment sectors. Assignments varied from bespoke, senior level appointments, through to volume hiring of technical staff in to projects throughout the region, including hardship zones, such as Iraq and Afghanistan. Management of other international branch offices in Iraq, Qatar and the International recruitment team also featured.
