To ensure safe Project execution of CPP & DM Plant and commissioning of 15MMT gross root refinery & smooth sustain operation by providing uninterrupted power & utilities• Leading the Power & Utilities department of 15 MMT crude oil refinery Finalisation of P&IDs of CPP , DM Plant , Cooling water, compressed air system etc.• Operation of CPP of capacity 366 MW & 1340 T/Hr at HHP level 105 Kg/cm2• Follow-up with different agencies regarding interphase between offsite & different unit• Commissioning of steam & power load shedding scheme• Operation & Maintenance of different capacity substation & electrical equipment installed in hazardous area

Scheduling, Planning, Reviewing & Commissioning of 366 MW CPP & required utilities system• Construction of 366 MW CPP which contains 3X102 MW GTG , 2X30 MW TG, 4X300 T/Hr Utility boilers, 3X220 T/Hr HRSG, 5X400 M3/Hr DM Plant• Preperation of path forward for steam & power out from CPP• Commissioning of fire water network , cooling tower & cooling water network and instrument air system• Commissioning of Air compressor & instrument air dryer • Commissioning of 66 KV GIS generation & distribution switch gear, 11 KV ,6.6 KV and 415 V switch gear• Develop operating procedure for operation of Frame 9E gas turbine, Utility Boiler, HRSG, Fire water pump house, DM Plant, Cooling tower, Air compressor & Air dryer
