Roles and Responsibilities:• Co-ordinate with System Analyst and Business Analysts to gather business requirement.• Creation of test scenario, test cases and test data as per business requirement and execution of the same. • Creation and maintenance of Software Testing Traceability Matrix (Forward, Backward and Bi-Directional Traceability) and other QA Matrices (Defect Injection, defect rejection, automation coverage etc.).• Work with team members geographically distributed.• Lead and mentor team members to improve QA processes.• Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders and proactively appraise Stakeholders in project enhancements, issues, etc.• Performed regression testing using UFT .• Drive and Lead Pre-Production testing, Production testing with Client for each release.• Attended Defect Triage meeting with Development team and Stakeholders.• Conducted knowledge transfer sessions and mentored new team members to setup test environments and to understand the requirements and functionality of the project and the software product.
