Key Responsibilities as Storekeeper- Ensures incoming parts are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure through an ERP system. - Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly. - Material receiving as per Material forwarding Receipt from production. - Material loading as per the Loading plan for Export. - Handling Warehouse activities - Material Receiving and Checking as per the local purchase order. - Material Binning as per the material receipt voucher. - Handling different types of material issue activity. - Conducting weekly perpetual inventory divided in to buy annual cycles Conducting 100% Physical verification in every 6 months. - Maintains and updated record of all items received stored and issued. - Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. - Ensured the proper maintenance, security and cleanliness of storage area. - Good knowledge in hardware consumables & stationerymaterials
