I was responsible for business development, Marketing, Planning, sourcing and production and give growth to the company from 10 Crores to 50 Crores.

Responsible for 250 Crores INR of Yarn, fabric and garment export busniess, out of which Garment export busniess was 70 Crores and we started from the scratch.We were servicing international brands Hugo Boss, Nike and Land Ends.

I was heading team of 11 members in Svatantra Bharat Mill(Unit of DCM). We were reporting daily production, sales, expenditure and daily profit and loss to unit head. At that time SBM having 25thousands spindles,1000 looms and accordinly dyeing processing unit.
