I am responsible for creating and managing Management Information for the Savings function at OSBG. I also ensure data quality and integrity when collating information to be sent to various stakeholders across the business. As part of my role I have developed a good understanding of the UK Savings market and how we as a business cater to customer's needs. The information I provide is used to make critical business decisions and my role requires a high degree of accuracy. I am a great team player and work hard to deliver high quality data and analysis in a timely manner. I also create new reports and continue to improve existing reporting to ensure the information provided is still relevant and exceeds the target requirements. I use Microsoft Excel and a range of reporting software in order to produce outputs designed to support business objectives.

I am responsible for monitoring savings market movements, competitor activity, product performance and suggesting pricing recommendations to implementing the option chosen. My role involves launching new products, withdrawing products and changes to products and pricing based on LWG requirements and Savings market movements. I have produced and updated several policies and papers including a 2019 Savings Market Sector Review highlighting key market changes and company performance over the year for submission to the Product Management Committee. I have also produced outputs to show key performance indicators to monitor the bank's performance and report back to relevant committees.

I worked in the Business Insight team by supporting the wider business and customers in order to provide detailed reports and query results. From using and creating databases and queries within Microsoft Access to presenting data in informative ways I have used large sets of information to produce outputs suited to differing requirements. This could be for customers, internal managers and directors within the company. I have created reports and extracts tailored to individual account manager’s needs and specific queries using large amounts of data from a Data Warehouse and software such as Business Objects and a range of Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel.

I have worked in the Accounts Payable department within the Finance Operations Centre at Interserve Plc. During my time at Interserve I processed invoices and credit notes using software such as UltraSys and Planet and worked with Dynamics AX 2009 and 2012 to post invoices onto relevant supplier ledgers. I also developed my understanding of Dynamics to help support suppliers with payment of their invoices and other queries via phone and email.

My responsibilities during my time in the Finance department at Sevacare included creating sales invoices, chasing debt from local authorities and private service users, posting purchase invoices and credit notes onto Sage, allocating remittances and a range of other administrative duties. I worked to strict deadlines to complete weekly invoicing in order for payment to be received in a timely manner. I was also responsible for training new members of staff.
