I have gained lot of experience over the past 20 years in leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives across a variety of areas, whilst proactively taking steps to make improvements around processes and procedures in the business .The key part of my role is to observe, provide feedback and coach my team to help enhance their customer conversations so that my team is consistently delivering right outcomes for customers and the business. I strongly believe in leading by example and focus on keeping the team engaged to maximise each individual's performance. Where a team member's performance consistently falls short of expectations, ensuring under-performance is dealt with efficiently and effectively. By providing leadership, direction, motivation and support to my team members, I have always aimed to maximise business performance and ensured that relationships with our customers are strengthened.I play a key role in managing risk by ensuring the business key regulatory, operational, credit and control processes are followed consistently by my team to protect the business and our customers from risk.
