Current• Maintained no claims, one-time shipment, and two new factories added with legal setup in the Bangladesh office with 12 team members in last four years. • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment.• Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.• Work together with Product Development and Commercialization team. • Training and managing QA staff in production practices and quality assessment of Shoes.• Checking and follow-up detailed and recorded inspections of final goods so the products are up to industry and company standards.• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems and Production planning.• Planning and organizing production schedules and assessing suppliers and resource requirements.• Determining quality control standards and overseeing production processes.• Renegotiating schedules as necessary.• Supervising and monitoring the work of staff’s reporting to me. • Monitoring QA system and procedures of the company in compliance with the demand & requirements of the end customers.• Providing quality standards to every order to avoid rejection and review samples.• Conducting pre-production meetings with all concerned departments & supplier representatives.• Discussing quality issues & critical points to particular styles before bulk production.• Providing technical assistance and solution if problem occurred during bulk production and supported production in implementing a standard quality system.• Preparing action plan, updating and monitoring production & rejection status and shipment schedule.
