Defining strategy for implementing the change process all along the organization depth, creating the learning modules, Co ordinating among various Industry 4.0 projects cross functional teams using waterfall charts and Agile softwares like Jira.Implementation of MES, Embedded system, Conditional Monitoring, Predictive maintenance, Creating the culture of leadership using the No code Platforms to empower the self development of Apps and Softwares tools for the departmental Paperless working, Creating live Dashboards and Analytics Platform like Qlick View and Tablue and Google Studio, Integration of ERP and MES Systems, Supporting the Implementation of the Smart Supply Chain Management System and its integration with ERP and MES system. Development of Connectors for the Obsolete systems to ensure the seamless connectivity, Defining the Infrastructure Scale Up and Cloud Strategy along with the core IT functions, Ensuring the Guidelines for the Cyber Security and IT Security for the Manufacturing Softwares, Participate in various Audits, Defining the Road Map for realising the Cost Saving and ROI strategy for all the Digital Transformation Initiatives. Conducting Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly meetings with all the stakeholders , Working for the creation of the profit centre using the brand image and collaboration with the new startups.
